The Collection
Half a Century of Care
In 1975, our family opened a small shop in Kashmir — not to sell dry fruits, but paan and warm tea. It was the neighbours who changed everything. They asked for something to go alongside their chai. We listened. Fifty years on, five brothers and two generations later, we are still listening — and still refusing to put anything on your table that we wouldn’t put on our own.
The Valley Difference
Kashmir’s elevation creates a density of flavour in every nut that lower-altitude produce simply cannot replicate.
We inspect every batch by hand — if it doesn’t meet our standard, it doesn’t carry our name. No exceptions.
No middlemen. The growers we buy from have names and faces — and we have known many of them for decades.
Five decades of sourcing means we can taste the difference between a good almond and a great one. You will too.
Kashmir Heritage
At altitude, the air is thinner, the water is purer, and the seasons are more defined. This is not marketing — it is the geography that has shaped Kashmiri produce for centuries. It shows in every nut you crack, every almond you taste, every date you hold.
Our Promise
Every product is traceable to its origin, grower, and harvest season — we know exactly what you’re eating.
No preservatives, no colour enhancers, no artificial coating — what grows in Kashmir is what arrives at your door.
Every batch sorted and inspected before packing — a practice we have maintained without exception since 1975.
