3. International Deliveries

Valley Origin may offer international shipping to selected destinations where carrier services are available and permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

Estimated international delivery timelines generally range between 15–25 business days from the date of dispatch.

Valley Origin may offer complimentary shipping on eligible orders delivered to selected PIN codes within Srinagar and nearby serviceable areas, at its sole discretion.

Eligibility for complimentary local delivery may be modified, expanded, restricted, or withdrawn without prior notice.

Domestic Orders

Shipping charges applicable to domestic orders will be displayed during checkout and may vary based on:

  • Order value

  • Package weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Delivery method

  • Carrier charges

  • Other logistical considerations

Bulk Orders

Valley Origin shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping charges, or losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate address information supplied by the customer.

If an order requires reshipment due to incorrect address information, additional charges may apply.

7. Tracking Information

Where tracking services are available, customers will receive shipment tracking details after dispatch.

Tracking updates are provided by third-party carriers and may occasionally be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable.

Valley Origin does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of carrier tracking systems.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Shipments

Once an order has been handed over to a shipping carrier, delivery performance is primarily the responsibility of the carrier.

Valley Origin will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in investigating delivery issues; however, Valley Origin does not guarantee carrier performance and shall not be responsible for delays resulting from carrier operations or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Claims relating to lost shipments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts and Refused Deliveries

Delivery carriers may make multiple delivery attempts in accordance with their operational policies.

If a customer:

  • Refuses delivery,

  • Fails to accept delivery,

  • Remains unavailable after repeated delivery attempts,

  • Fails to collect an order where collection is required,

the shipment may be returned, abandoned, destroyed, or otherwise handled in accordance with carrier policies.

Because many Valley Origin products are food and consumable items with limited shelf life, refunds, replacements, or credits may not be available for refused, abandoned, unclaimed, or undeliverable shipments.

Any resolution in such cases shall remain at the sole discretion of Valley Origin.

10. Restricted, High-Risk, and Non-Serviceable Locations

Valley Origin reserves the right to decline, delay, suspend, or cancel shipments to locations that are:

  • Restricted by law

  • Non-serviceable by available carriers

  • Subject to government restrictions

  • Unsafe for transportation

  • Commercially impractical

  • Affected by conflict, civil unrest, natural disasters, or other exceptional circumstances

Valley Origin complies with all applicable laws, regulations, governmental directives, and shipping restrictions.

11. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Valley Origin reserves the right to:

  • Delay shipment

  • Offer an alternative product

  • Partially fulfill the order

  • Cancel the affected item

  • Issue an appropriate refund, credit, or alternative resolution
